London & Baltic Cruise
In July we traveled to London and spent a few days there touring around. It was really fun. We went with nine other couples. After spending a few days in London we travelled to Dover to get on our cruise for the Baltic.
4th of July 2010
We spent the 4th of July in Salt Lake City. We had a BBQ in my parents back yard, which was really fun. Then we went to the Stadium of Fire at BYU. Carrie Underwood was performing there. It was quite the show!
Lake Powell June 2010
One of our families favorite places to go is Lake Powell. Everyone always has such a great time. We usually try to go up Navajo Canyon because there is such a great beach there and the grandkids just love playing in the sand.
Alaska Cruise June 2010
We took our family on a cruise to Alaska. We had such a good time. It was only the adults, so it made for a lot easier trip. Alaska is so pretty and it was so much fun to be there with our children and their spouses.Hole In The Rock May 2010
We went on a 4-wheeler trip to the Hole in the Rock. It was so much fun. It was a long ride but it really was worth it when we finally got to Hole in the Rock and could see Lake Powell. We have had a lot of fun going on different 4-wheeler rides with our friends.
Christmas 2009
All of our kids were here for Christmas this year. We had such a good time. Notice the picture of JT. He did not want to be in the Santa Clara Christmas program! After the program we came back to our house for a Christmas story and open their Christmas pajamas. Notice the picture of Halle. She was not happy when she opened her present and it was pajamas!! But it was a great Christmas! Where do I start?
I keep looking at all my pictures I have saved on my computer and wonder where to start? So for now I think I will just post a few pictures highlighting the past year and a half.

Time to get back to my blog!
This past weekend I have spent two full days at the Family History Expo. I haven't really gotten into genealogy, but I'm going to give it a try. One of the classes I went to was on blogging, so it has inspired me to get my blog updated!!

Bryson and Kristen's little girl Addie celebrated her first birthday at Grandma and Grandpa Westbrook's house. It was lots of fun. She had lots of family there and one giant cupcake for her birthday cake. We are so glad she is a part of our family. We love you Addie!!

Ryker Hafen Westbrook was born on July 21, 2009. He is the cutest little guy. I just love all his dark hair. He reminds me of Josh and also of me and my siblings when we were babies. He has been the best little baby for Josh and Mickell. We are so glad he is a part of our wonderful family. Congratulations Josh and Mickell!
One of highlights this year at Lake Powell was our "Summer Olympics". We divided into 3 groups of 6 people. We then came up with 6 different events that we each participated in and the team that got the best time won. It was a blast. We did everything from swimming, running, skiing on two ski's behind a wave runner, jet skiing and diving for a sunken bottle. It is something we will do each time we are able to go to Lake Powell.
There are few great experiences in life we get to share with our family. Our's is Lake Powell. This year we had the wonderful chance to spend it with more of our great family. We had the great comeback of Elder Bradford Davis and a few wonderful new additions to this already blessed family. We swam; we laughed, we ate really good food and strolled the beach naked (that would be the babies!). We will always remember our great times at Lake Powell. How blessed we are to have such a beautiful, loving family.

Easter 2009
We had such a great Easter weekend. Josh and Mickell and their kids Halle and JT and also Nick and Abby and their son Bentley were here. We did miss Bryson and Kristen and cute little Addison. They were not able to come down for Easter. We did get to spend a couple of days with them before Easter and had a great time with them. Everyone came Saturday night for dinner and an Easter egg hunt. The kids, even the grown ups, had fun finding all their Easter eggs. Then on Sunday Josh and Mickell and Abby brought their kids over so we could see them in their Easter outfits, oh and how cute they all looked. We were just missing little Addie for our pictures. Even Halle said "we need Addie to be here!"
