Doug's cancer

In November we found out that Doug has Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Needless to say it was a shock to us and all of our children. We had to tell our children Thanksgiving weekend, which was really hard, but it was really good to have everyone here. He has gone through Chemo treatments and will be starting Radiation soon. He has done really well through the Chemo. He never got sick, just really tired. We are very optimistic that he will beat this. The second PET scan he had showed all the lymph nodes had shrunk in size, so that was really good news. He did loose his hair, but it is starting to grow back! He has had a really positive attitude through this whole ordeal, which I really feel helps in the healing process. We have felt the many prayers in our behalf and also the tender mercies from our Heavenly Father.
